At Interspace, we only engage with original artworks. Each listing clearly specifies whether the artwork is a one-of-a-kind original, or a limited edition print, along with the edition size and artist details.

Since there is no industry standard regarding media colour profile for viewing images online, each electronic device—whether it be an iPhone, an Android device, a Windows or Apple laptop—will display the image based on their own unique settings. We strive for accurate representation, but slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to screen settings and the nature of handcrafted works. 

All artworks shall be shipped unframed and/or unstretched, unless otherwise stated. Please get in touch with us for our bespoke framing services via WhatsApp.

Every artwork carries with it a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) signed by Interspace that validates the purchase, highlighting the artwork's details and purchase history.

Every artwork is handled with the utmost care and expertise. We coordinate professional packing, shipping, framing and installation, working with trusted specialists to ensure the integrity of the artwork at every stage. Whether navigating logistical complexities, advising on framing, or planning display within a larger collection, our team remains closely involved. From private residences to institutional settings, our approach is attentive and considered, ensuring that each work is not only well cared for, but meaningfully situated.

CONSULTATIONS:

Our consultation process begins with understanding. Through one-on-one advisory, we take the time to assess your space, aesthetic direction, and long-term vision. Using tailored renderings and spatial previews, we help you visualise how specific artworks will inhabit your interiors. Whether refining a corporate office, hospitality project, or private residence, we advise on scale, placement, tonal alignment, and visual coherence. Our curatorial expertise ensures that each acquisition feels intentional—aligned not only with your design sensibility, but with the larger narrative of the space.

FRAMING:

Framing is more than preservation—it is refinement. The right frame enhances presence, safeguards longevity, and shapes the way a work is experienced. We advise on materials, finishes, mount styles, and glass types, including UV-protective options suited to the artwork’s medium and context. Every detail, from frame depth to border proportion, is considered with precision. The result is a presentation that protects the artwork while elevating its visual impact.

INSTALLATION:

Displaying art requires both technical accuracy and aesthetic sensitivity. Our experienced installers, seasoned in professional exhibitions and art fairs, bring precision, cleanliness, and discretion to every project. We assess wall surfaces, lighting, sightlines, and spatial flow before installation, ensuring secure placement and optimal viewing conditions. From single artworks to large-scale installations, execution is handled with meticulous care and professionalism.

Orders & Shipping

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and estimated dispatch timeline. 

  • Orders are dispatched with delivery within 1-2 weeks of confirmation.
  • Artworks shipped via standard or express couriers domestically typically leave the Interspace warehouse within 7 days.
  • A follow-up email will provide a more precise dispatch window with tracking details once your order is prepared.

All artworks are packaged with a strong emphasis on preservation and safety during transit. Most artworks are shipped unframed and unstretched, carefully rolled and secured in protective tubes. Artworks that cannot be rolled due to their material, scale, or structural integrity are either professionally flat-packed or crated using international art industry-grade packing standards

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Delivery location (domestic or international)
  • Artwork dimensions and weight
  • Fragility and special handling requirements
  • Packaging format (tube or crate)

Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout or communicated during order confirmation for custom requests. We offer both domestic and international shipping, with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery. 

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are non-refundable, and calculated at checkout. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time. Our team remains available throughout the process should you require updates or assistance.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of our artworks:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
  • Refunds are not issued once a purchase is completed. This policy ensures the integrity of each artwork while respecting the time, labour, and commitment of the artists we work with.
  • Every artwork undergoes a thorough inspection prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our standards of quality and condition. From studio to shipment, care is taken to minimise risk and preserve the work as intended.

Damaged in Transit (Exceptions)

If an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at collect@interspaceart.com, and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs and videos of:
  • The damaged artwork
  • The packaging (outer and inner materials)

Each case is assessed individually. Where applicable, we may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution, depending on the nature of the artwork and availability. If you have any concerns regarding your order, our team is available to guide you through the process and address any questions with care and clarity.

Product Guarantee & Care

Every artwork on Interspace is sourced with authenticity and inspected to the highest standards of care. Each piece is delivered securely and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, affirming the artwork’s details and provenance. We stand by the integrity of our curation and the confidence of your acquisition—ensuring a seamless, transparent, and rewarding collecting experience.

The following guidelines will help ensure your artwork is cared for in the best possible way:

Store in a cool and dry environment Do not roll, fold, or stack artwork improperly. Furthermore, do not store artworks in unprotected environments, near heat sources, or high-humidity areas
Ensure artworks are installed with secure, weight-appropriate fixtures Do not ignore small signs of deterioration—these could be anything from a tear to foxing or fungal growth
Always handle the artworks with clean and dry hands; preferably using cotton gloves Do not transport artworks without proper packing and/or crating
Keep artworks away from direct sunlight Do not use water, cleaning agents, or chemicals to treat the surface of the artwork or clean it
When not on display, pack the artworks in bubble-wrap or acid-free paper Do not attempt any kind of restorative repairs yourself; please consult a professional restorer or contact us
